Most fabrics are $1/yard and they are yard wide. Great fabrics for DIY design and home decor projects.

We needed some fabric to reupholster some chairs and Michaels craft store had nothing! So, off we went to Lex Fabric and we are so glad we did. The building itself is plain and has kind of a weird parking setup. Don't let that dissuade you from going. It's a simple, quiet store with great priced fabrics. After walking around and deliberating, we walked to the front to ask for assistance and they walked to our selection which was in the back and took it off the rod and brought it to the front for us. Olivia and Willie were super helpful, and definitely perked up when we spoke a little Spanish. We brought in the chair cushions and even gave us suggestions for buying some additional fabric for the under covering. I will definitely be back :)

There were lots of lovely fabrics to choose from last time I vsisited.
Mask must be worn and social distance must be observed
I don `t believe. The best that can be is to call the fabric store. The owners are American but have many Hispanic employees who can help you.
