I came at 9:30 am on 12/20/21 and it was closed. Their store hours say they open at 9:00 am so I searched for a phone number and there is none. Very frustrating experience. What time do you guys open? You should update your store hours.

I went to drop off a package for them to return and they wanted me to go buy an envelope put the return label on it and then take it and they would then send it.

It was a pleasure to be able to pick up a package from UPS so close to my home. The staff were friendly and accomodating. I'd happily go there again if I had missed another delivery. Also, now I know where to go if I have any problems with my phone.
