I did put in a negative review for their facility but their Director of Nursing addressed my concerns so I revised my rating because her explanation was logical. My mom was satisfied with her stay in their facility but there were some things I wished were done differently. Overall, it was a decent experience.

I worked as a per diem RN after graduation at Villa Maria. Work was so hard yet so rewarding. I loved the support from the nursing leadership, nursing staff, and, especially, all the CNAs.

This the worst place for a loved one to be staying .Last time I visited my friend she was sitting on her feces. The food it's horrible. They never answer the phone . Our senior should be treated with love. Evidently money is more important than spending money to provide good care .

The worst place I do not recommend it the nurses are useless they do not give information and they only speak to each other in Creole so that no one understands what they say there are no doctors on Saturdays and Sundays if someone gets sick those days they have to wait until Monday to be attended and all the patients look very sick do not collaborate with this place
