i went there on sunday to get to get two signs made for me. i spent 2 hours because i didn’t know how to do it on computer but the girl there was very nice and patient and was helping .. but when i was trying to do it i got where i didn’t know what to do.. long story i spent two hours to get no signs because when done it wouldn’t arrive when i needed it but she said over the phone when i called that i would . so i go back next night same scenario but kurk was helping me this time .. i was having frustrating moments when left alone but he was trying to help me and others too, which wasn’t his fault . long story he was So nice and knowledgeable and patient.. he help me build my sign and and had awesome input that i never saw or thought of .. after we spent 2 hours it timed out and we both were like not happy but we worked as a team and re did them .. he ended my night with satisfaction. He is just genuinely a good manager and person i would ask for him from now on.. So ask for kurk the other girl was nice i don’t remember her name but kurk is such a pleasure !! thx kurk.

Bought my 1st laptop in over 20 years and as you know there would be allt I don't know , bought a lenovo idea pad for editing my YouTube videos the channel name is TOM PEPPIN T.V. on you tube,. I had problems installing a anti virus software a d took my laptop in to this staples and the manager and cashier was extremely knowledgeable and had me on my way in no time. I feel guilty for the help they gave but shouldn't this is what service should be. Most places wouldn't have helped me like this and money is tight , they gave me a superb product and backed it with in house support. Thank you all so much. P.s. the real smart fellow had a u.t. ring and I saw at least a bachelor's maybe more. And he was able to apply his school knowledge and i thank him.

Grossly incompetent print shop. I came in with a standard A4 piece of paper, the most common paper thpe in the western world. I needed 4 words printed on it. And with 3 different members of staff, they could not figure out how to do a standard print job. After 10 min explaining how they could do it, they said sorry I don't know how to do that. To quote once of the members "I don't think we could get it right".

My cashier was friendly and made pleasant conversation, but I don’t remember their name. The store was clean and organized and I got what I needed. Not the best deals in town but it was close by and I didn’t feel like driving to Turkey Creek. Checkout was quick and my cashier signed me up for the rewards program, and prompted me to complete the receipt survey for a chance to win a $500 gift card so I did that as well Edit 3/25/2021: I tried to use my card yesterday and it declined. Thought it was because I was out of state. Declined again today locally. Called my bank and she said that I was part of a Staples breach😐 2 stars
