Hello Scott, Your team was wonderful to work with. The communication from Alex and the team he worked with was great. I was up before 7 and your crew was there and ready for action. From the moment we walked the site and discussed our project, I was impressed with your team. We had fence removal, post replacement, Concrete pad install and soil/lawn removal all performed in one day. Your team worked effectively and set a great foundation and pathway for the next team who will be bringing in our 15’x8’ swim spa. Whenever they had a question that could improve the results they spoke with us and we were able to make decisions with ease. We have already recommended you to others and have heard from friends who have used you and been very pleased. The quality of the pad you provided will ensure our new swim spa has a great foundation. Avoid this company! Very unprofessional on many levels. Workers show up and everyone nowadays know to watch contractors closely. Ramsey Asphault arrives and during the work I notice the company not framing the asphalt area as I paid for. I tell the manager and he's not aware. So he decides to go purchase the wood at the most expensive place close by. In the process they destroy cement that was not included in the job. Ramsey Asphault under estimated the job and had to bring in twice the amount of asphalt. As they replace one section they continue to damage additional cement areas. I'm thinking as I watch them work that I should of not hired Ramsey Asphalt to save a few bucks and go with a GPM Pavement Management. I did not overlook the second job they did in the front of the property owned by a second party. They have made a nightmare of that project and seem to try every short cut possible. You would think a company would know their profession and would make sure the handicap parking was compliant. Not Ramsey Asphault. If you want a circus ran by a bunch of clueless clowns. Ramsey Asphault will take your money. Avoid this company and all the nightmares that follow their work. Next time I will use GPM. There is a reason why you don't see Ramsey Asphault working the large jobs. Refer to the noncompliant handicap sign installed on the fence. Hello Ramsey Asphault. It has to be on a pole as the city requires. Otherwise it is not compliant!

Great people to work with. We had our driveway paved and the job was great. There was a small issue 6 or 7 months later and Ramsey Asphalt took care of the issue and then some. They resealed the entire driveway. They did a great job and backed up their work. I will use them again in the future and recommend them with a 5 star rating. Thanks Scott. T
