Very Displeased. I had them repair my roof where a dead limb had fell on it. After they were done, they told me they couldn't match the shingle color so it looked terrible. Insurance co wanted to know what they would charge to re-shingle that entire side so at least that side would match itself. I called them several times but CSW would not return my calls. I had a different company come out and take a look and the man that did that estimate did not like what CSW had done and said they didn't try very hard to match the shingles. I had that company re-shingle and redeck that entire roof on that side. $1295 completely wasted on CSW.
