i had came here and ordered a peach reshresher made with green tea and the manager handed me a white beverage which i knew was incorrect so i politely corrected her and told her that i had actually ordered my drink with green tea... she proceeded to yell at me and tell me "it is try it..😐" and i told her that i have a milk allergy and if i find out there's milk in it i will be extremely upset... she proceeded to tell me it was the drink i ordered even though i knew it wasn't because i come here every day to order the same drink... i pulled around and parked in the parking lot to call my friend to tell her about this encounter and i had a very nice worker come up to my window and knock on it and gave me the right drink and apologized for the managers behavior... i believe her name was morgan, very nice girl☺️

Youve stepped it up Dunkin... Few years ago, the staff seemed to be hired from the BAD ATTITUDE company but now, fantastic customer service, fast and friendly. 10 STARS!!!

Service was fine. Not certain why the counters are so high. The staff cannot easily see someone standing at the country counter. In the past I've waited for over 5 minutes before some recognized I was waiting

Can’t seem to get orders correct. Ordered 50 cake glazed munkins and they gave us 50 chocolate. We ordered a Carmel iced coffee and they gave us French vanilla. I understand mistakes happen but every time we go there the order is always wrong!!!
