The attitudes of the people behind the counter are so dull and negative. Especially the older man working there behind the counter. This is the 3rd time this center has proved to me that they are VERY unhelpful and do not mind turning away paying customers. Poor attitudes! Would not go back there...

I’ve been to locations where they get the job done go to the Farmington location. This is not the case for the FedEx at the southfield location 12 mile and northwestern, they are the worst ever never going back! These are my sea moss business stickers they made and the paint came off by it self. The prices are higher here as well smh.

I wish I could give this manager an extra star if I could… The store manager Mandy was truly a godsend to us. My husband’s grandfather had passed away and we went in to make pamphlets for the funeral and she took her time and ensured that we were happy with the sample she provided. She truly went above and beyond to have these ready in time for the funeral the following morning. She truly embodies the core values in her service skills especially with how she attended to our order due to the unfortunate event. I hope this gets into the right hands, so she gets the recognition that she truly deserves.
