We have loved living at ICO for the past year and we look forward to continuing our stay here! Every time we request for maintenance it’s dealt with quickly and everything gets taken care of. The office regularly communicates to the community about important notices and has always been quick to respond to any questions or concerns that I have, even before move in! UPDATED TO ADD: My time as a resident at ICO Mayfield was great, however, moving out and getting my name taken off of the lease was a hassle. It took me about 3 months from the time I vacated the apartment (previous roommate was still there) to the time my name was officially removed from the lease. There were some delays with the new tenants’ application, but that was not effectively communicated at all by the leasing office, I had to reach out repeatedly for updates and had no timeline on when we would receive an answer. Additionally, there was a $200 lease change fee that both myself and the new tenant had to pay, which just seems like a money grab to me since they already had the application fee and rent was paid as well. The manager of the leasing office, McKayla, is very nice and knowledgeable, as well as courteous and professional. That being said, I was misinformed on the processes to get my name removed from the lease by at least two different office receptionists, and despite having been told incorrect information, and following the information I was told, I was still not released from the lease for some time. Ultimately I think better training is probably a good idea for the entire office team and if an error is made when providing information then the office should honor that instead of penalizing tenants for lack of training and knowledge from the office staff. Initial rating 5/5, but after my move out experience I am updating to 2/5.

Guests staying more than 3 consecutive days or more than 5 days in any calendar quarter would need to be added to the lease.
We allow 2 guests per apartment to use the amenities. Guests must be accompanied by the resident at all times.
Yes. We recommend using non-damaging hanging options to avoid damage charges at the time of move out.
We offer lease terms of 6 - 12 months. We also offer short term leases (3 - 5 months) for an additional monthly fee.
To qualify financially for the lease, prospect must earn at least 2.5 times the monthly rent. ICO also checks rental and employment history as well.
Yes. We require liability insurance with coverage of $100,000. However, we offer the option of waiving this requirement for a $10 monthly fee.
Prospects may complete the application online or in the leasing office. An application must be completed by each adult resident, co-signer or guarantor. The application and screening process addresses the following: personal information/verification, criminal history, financial information, references, emergency contacts, rental history, and employment history. The application processing fee is $49.
The pool is open until 10:00 PM.
Residents are responsible for utilities, inclusive of gas, electric, water, and trash.
We do! Each apartment home comes with a washer and dryer.

Yes! We welcome pets, up to 65 lbs, at our community. There is an upfront $299 non-refundable pet fee, $200 refundable pet deposit, and $49 monthly pet fee. Please contact the leasing office for a specific list of breed restrictions or any additional questions about our pet policy.
Yes they do a background check. They will tell you a super low price but in all reality since they just installed Vivint smart home, they are gonna charge you about $1,900 per month. To move in this weekend it would probably be somewhere around 1,000
