#1 BEST place to buy a mattress in my opinion! My husband and I spent months looking for a good mattress to buy. We shopped at several different stores and laid on dozens of beds for hours trying to find the perfect one. Due to health issues we were struggling with finding it. We finally settled on a latex mattress from Mattress Dealzz and I have to say they were absolutely wonderful. I won't go into detail but the owner even took time out of his busy schedule to personally call us to make certain we were okay with what we chose and that we were satisfied. The fact that he even noticed was impressive to me and then for him to go out of his way to check with us was outstanding to me. I can't say enough good things about this business. I even took my mom in with me and she ended up buying a nice mattress too. I'm very thankful for their help, understanding and working with my husband and I.

If you want a company that stands by their customer service and warranties, this is the place for you. My wife and I purchased a mattress 3 and a half years ago and lost our receipt when we discovered an issue in the material. We called them and they walked us through how to easily submit a warranty request and the process was pretty painless. But then what are the chances? Out of all the fantastic mattresses that they have, our mattress got replaced with another defective mattress. Mattress Dealzz again worked with us patiently and helped make sure at the end of the day we had a mattress we loved for a very reasonable amount more than what we paid (due to inflation). I could not be more impressed with the customer service and dedication from this company. I would be amazed if you would find a company as helpful if you find yourself in an odd situation like what we went through.
