Vatland Honda is now my favorite dealership. As a Military member with limited time- sales rep Brian Mulligam listened to all my concerns first and then responded, helped get me a great deal, and had my new Ridgeline prepared before arriving (all this was accomplished conveniently over the phone). The receptionist was warm and smiling, the coffee/tea lady acted like she baked cookies just for me, and the GM was a great guy who just wanted to get to know me. Impressed is a lackluster word for Vatland. 10/10-

Service was excellent with Dylan the advisor. Charging a service fee on an attempted debit card transaction a little unusual. Should be recognized as a cash transaction, but probably using a non-bank vendor for card transactions.

Recently we purchased a 2022 CRV Hybrid at Vatland. Our sales professional was Bill Green who did an excellent job keeping us informed when the vehicle would be delivered to Vatland. Given the current chip shortage, a 2 1/2 month time from order to delivery was good. Bill walked us through the features of the new CRV and answered our questions making the pick up very smooth. We have been customers of Vatland since our move to Vero in 2012. We’ve had two CRV’s serviced by Vatland. The decision to purchase new at Vatland was due in large part to the excellent service staff. We appreciate Lon, Ricky and Jarrod’s combined efforts to service our vehicles well. So, a good experience with the service department made the decision to purchase a new CRV at Vatland easy. On the sales side, Bill Green did an excellent, personable job getting our new CRV ordered and delivered. We will continue to recommend Vatland. Thank you.
