No I did not, I reserved one and on the day I was supposed to pick it up I was told at the US HWY 1 location that they did not take my card, even though it had a visa logs on it, and the gentleman if you want to call him that was very rude !!! I was told by the guy at reservation that I would be able to use my card there, so it really put me in a bind when I had 5 adults and two young children to pick up at Orlando airport !!! I will never Ever use Budget Rent A Car again !!!!! Poor service to say the lease.
