*** Update review*** after speaking to the manager the rep that took the order was new and didn’t know what she was doing I was given a credit that can go for a new item 4/5 stars. Ordered the item on May 29,2022 the item was in stock and called multiple times after a week of waiting to see when the item will ship I was given the run around that it’s shipped from another facility and the can’t contact them and that I just need to wait. on June 9,2022 I finally called again and asked about my order and they are still not sure why it’s not shipped with no information that they will provide. DO NOT buy from this company online. Horrible experience

Ordered a dresser over 2 weeks ago and customer service hasn’t been able to provide me with an update. When I originally ordered, it said will ship in 1-2 wks. The company lies to their customers and then makes it impossible to reach. Don’t bother calling - will go straight to VM and they won’t call you back. If you email, they reply and say will get back to you and don’t. Stay away. They also charge your credit card upfront and don’t care about the customer after that. Terrible experience overall.

Just bought a car seat for our first baby at BabyCubby. My husband and I had an idea of what we wanted but had a ton of questions on car seats because our little one will be coming home from the NICU and we wanted a car seat that was safe, light, and great for tiny babies. Luckily we met Codie who went above and beyond to make sure that we got exactly what we wanted in a car seat. She even came out to our car and made sure that the base would fit the way it was supposed before we made our purchase. Highly recommend the Baby Cubby if you are in the market for a car seat and want to talk to people who know their stuff!
