This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a car lot. I regret ever dealing with these people. All the cars are horrible and they know it they sold me a car knowing it runs hot and they just patch it up to last for another week so instead of fixing it he tells me I can trade it in thinking I was going to put down on another car on the lot. Only to put the same car back on the lot to sell to someone else. They make excuses for everything and then run when confronted.

i really hate to do this because the company has good folks, but when it comes to fixing issues within the establishment it’s seems as if everyone avoids the problems. i have been given the run around about my car for about a week now. i was promised to swap my vehicle out because my other one gave out on me after just having it for four months. i drove responsibly and took good care of my car. then when i addressed the issue it seems as if nobody knows what to do. i was told i’ll be getting my down payment back, then to i can switch my car out, to now being completely ignored. i don’t want to have to take my business else where because again the folks there are super cool, but if y’all can’t keep it professional then that’s just bad for business.

I purchased a 2016 Honda Civic Feb of 22 and the seatbelts and fender along with other body work was said to be fixed within 2 weeks. I have called them and showed up at the office several times. It is now May and my car has not been repaired. On top of me still paying my note. Will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well.
