We were greeted and seared immediately! Pleasant and friendly service as well as attentive. Food was fast and hot as well as delicious. Great selection. Has the breakfast sampler and the. Avocado Benedict recommended very highly! Our server Sergio was amazing!!!!

I can't find one good thing to say about this place except that it was decent a few years ago. Ordered steak and eggs. (Medium on the steak) came out extremely rare. They took it back 25 min later I got my steak and eggs back. I saw the waiter tell the manager and she did not seem to care and just rolled her eyes then avoided on purpose. Not one apology or offer to discount the food. I don't know what happened to this place owner doesn't care I guess. Ohh and I didn't know that I don't have the option of not refilling my coffee..they just fill it without asking..also might help to purchase a $9 meat thermometer if you don't waste perfectly good steak that's not done right..

The only reason I’m even attempting to eat garbage this is because I just worked a 12 hour shift and starving. It’s cold. It’s awful. Normally shari’s is good but this is the second time they have let me down in the last two months. Disappointing.

11:35 arrived. After ignoring us when asked if we were still on the list because she'd just crumpled into a ball, Hostess finally asked, any tables for 2 ? 5 open tables mentioned. Husband and I seated at 12:05. Received beverage at 12:25. Given plastic utensils. Party of 7 seated after us received their meal 12:35. Finally got our delicious food at 12:45. I'd have given it 1 star, but table staff was very polite and food tasty (Veggie Benedict) Not worth waiting when you feel unwelcome.
