I purchased screws from them on ebay, they were suppose to have white heads for rain gutter instead they have silver heads, so now I can't use them, they are not willing to help me out and send the product they claimed.

They have this deal with a free tool, buy they don't have the tool for the combo, if you don't have the tools for the combo, why do you even offer it? Then I get price for Makita miter saw, I wanted to take 2, they only have 1 new, ok give me the one you have. Guy at the store, sorry cant sell it to you unless I also buy the stand because they have too many stands in stock, so he decided that the last guy has to buy with a stand or he can't sell it, otherwise the price goes back to normal price. If you can't even supply a few tools and keep changing pricing and conditions, how could you supply bigger orders? I wouldn't risk placing a single order here. Walked in willing to spend my money, walked out without a single tool.

Bottom line there isn't a better place to buy tools that I've ever been.the staff are friendly helpful and if you plan on spending alot they give deals without even asking. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the trades.
