Multi-billion dollar company and can't even have 3 tellers available..... arrived and had 7 people in front of me, plus several customers sitting and waiting. It was about 6 to 10 minutes before the next person was up. And about 6 extra people waiting behind me. All within a 20 minute wait time. I decided this is not the bank I wanna bank with.

Bank of America in general seems to perform rather poorly for its clientele, but this particular branch is by far the worst I have seen. They consistently and regularly keep clients (and vendors) waiting an extremely inordinate amount of time for anything you need done. Even if you set up an appointment, you can easily be kept waiting over 20 minutes. I witnessed two clients (an elderly couple), who had previously set up an appointment, forced to wait over ONE HOUR due to bank personnel utterly failing to prepare for the appointment. Rather than apologizing for their ineptitude and complete lack of preparation, the bank personnel even had some snide remarks that seemed to be blaming the clients, they kept the clients there for all that time instead of rescheduling right away when it became painfully apparent the bank was not ready, and they never ONCE apologized at all. I was appalled. It was so disrespectful and unprofessional, it was a disgrace. And it wasn't even happening to me. I recommend you take your money and your business elsewhere. This branch and this bank will not serve you well.

Constantly only one teller but multiple people walking around, seeing the long line, and not helping. One of the folks in the "loan" area was looking at houses while not acknowledging the line. Many of us were on lunch breaks, many people had to walk out angry, and even the branch manager just kept walking by. There is no team work nor do they care about your time. Luckily this was the last time I had to deal with BOA...hello BECU!

If you need to see a teller be prepared for a 20+ minute wait. Avoid the lunch and early afternoon time because they have one teller (two if you’re lucky) and the line does go out the door. Although it advertises a drive-through teller we were informed that option is closed for the foreseeable future. The staff whom I’ve interacted with here are polite and efficient but it doesn’t make sense to have one teller to take care of the needs of all the customers.
