Had a problem with my phone that I am extremely satisfied with how it was handled and resolved. Nate was my service provider & was excellent. Will not be switching from Verizon as their service & reliability is excellent! I live in an area that is noted for poor cell coverage & I have never had a problem with Verizon.

Well Verizon‘s prices are ridiculous and on the high side,they have no programs for seniors but it’s the company that’s bad not the employees! I got great service today helpful what I needed and if it doesn’t work out I can return it in 30 days! The store personnel and I am in customer service all of them did a wonderful job it’s who they work for that is really bad! As soon as I’m finished stuck with something I never needed in the first place I’m going back to T-Mobile not because of the employees of the store but because of Verizon!
