then tell them that . i dont understand the question ? its usually lack of communication that cause problems . imho communicate calmly and I'll bet something has been misunderstood somewhere .. they not jerks out to get over on peeps . i can say that . good luck .
Or in my opinion and experience: You will be charged but work wont get done. Lets see how it gets handled when I confront them with this matter
