Every time I've been there, they have 2 colored tags that the women's clothing is on sale for 50% off. I'm not sure how any other days, colors, or departments go. I've also seen them have holiday sales. 50% off on halloween, Valentine's day, etc. Sorry I couldn't help more than this.
