I brought in a blazer with a removable stain (removed before by other places) that I pointed out at drop off. At pick up, the stain was still there and they attempted to remove it on the spot and ended up damaging the blazer by tearing a thread that exposed the blazer. They still didn't remove the stain after working on it. They refused to take any responsibility or compensate in any way. Not worth to come here agin. I would recommend to go somewhere else and pay more to have the job even done and done right.

Hi, thank you for reaching out. If it is a cotton sweater then it would be possible to stich the velcro on, but if it is a wool, cashmere or knitted then we would not be able to.
