If I could give Audio Lab in Fairless Hills, PA zero stars I would, for customer service and integrity. Dale Carlton is rude and condescending. He came to my home with another representative from Audio Lab to give me a quote after I inquired about speaker installation in my home. I was given a quote of the cost with and without the purchase of equipment from Audio Lab, when I called to schedule a date for installation I was told by Dale that he didn’t have time to do the install, the reason he stated was because I decided not to purchase equipment from him. His tone was arrogant and la-di-da. Apparently hard working everyday people are not the type of customers they are looking for.

Great prices and great service. I ordered a Salamander A/V center for my Stereo and TV. When some of the parts were missing from the order Laura Hughes in customer service went the extra mile to make sure the order was completed. AudioLab has customer for life.

Audio/video company with a wide range of brands including new and outlet items including demo/open boxes. I bought several items from them and overall, I would say that I am satisfied. However, be careful with the outlet items, they may not fit the description. For example, I bought a turntable which was supposed to be in mint condition and I found there was a big scratch sign on the glass platter. Another example would be missing the remote control and the power cable from other items I bought. Another item I bought which is an integrated amplifier was defective with the left channel losing sound and unfortunately, I could not get much help from their support team as I was told to contact the manufacturer instead for support. Overall, I would say I am satisfied but with some reservations on the outlet items.
