They take people by appointment or just by walkin..
If you do it online you can set your own appointment and the good thing about setting an appointment is even if there's 10 walk-ins and say your appointment is at 9 am you are taken before them walk-ins if it comes up to 9
If you did not sign up for the app for quest sign up now and see if it lets you go back. If not whatever doctor ordered it you can ask for a copy of it
