I am not a fan of this dealership/service department nor the salesmen. I bought out my lease in 2018 and the communication through the process was truly awful — I worked with Dave Jones (salesman) upon signing the lease which was minimal customer service at best and conferred with Joe Rearick (salesman) about the lease but out. I was not advised of the potential to use coupons provided in my service book upon signing the lease buy out which could have contributed to less money up front. I also was continuously given pushback every time I tried to redeem my already fully PAID services via this coupon book. I was told upon buying out the lease that I would be able to utilize any and all services I had already paid for prior to signing. Each time I have taken my car for inspection or an oil change/tire rotation I was advised “these are expired in the system” in spite of being advised and guaranteed by the car salesman I would have no issues due to my purchase and car being in the Peruzzi Nissan system. I would never recommend or willingly buy a car from this dealership in the future. It was not until I asked in June 2021, that a note be placed in the system by the manager of the service department, Doug Aspinall, advising of these on-going instances and clarifying that I would have a free final service in the future, which I just completed. Had I not advocated for myself these issues would have not even been escalated to management. Definitely feel like they prey on women’s lack of car experience here and feel like they can get over on you. Nissans are reliable cars but I would not recommend this dealership due to these ongoing negative experiences I have had over the past 7 years.

My wife was quoted 672 dollars for all repairs by Justine. This included rear brakes and two new tires. I thought this was fair. If I new we needed all this work done for a car with only 28000 miles I would have gone somewhere else. My wife confirmed on the phone that 672 was for all repairs. Everything. The girl responded yes that was for everything . When the car was finished we got a call that it was now 900 dollars. She admitted that she may have misspoken on the phone earlier. She was nice enough to take 10% off but it was still more than we were told initially and for that much I would have done the brakes myself (if it even needed brakes) . Overall it was a bad customer experience. Then to top it off we got in the car to leave and the low tire sensor was going off. The light went off after we got the car home but you should not give a car back to a customer with warning lights on. I am still waiting for a call back from the service manager. We have bought two cars from Peruzzi and my family has known theirs for many years. I am very disappointed. I do not trust them anymore and I would not take any car back there unless they rectify the situation .

Everyone was Helpful & Courteous. I was in and out. I have been leasing my cars at Peruzzi Nissan since 2009 and have never had a bad experience.

This place provides not only great cars but also excellent service. Chaz(salesperson there) listened to me in detail to understand my requirements, and then came up with some options that could fit the need. He was very methodical and practical in his approach. Chaz went above and beyond to provide outclass service and great experience. This is how car buying at dealership should look like. Thanks Chaz and Todd.
