Wish I had found Shingleton's sooner! Finally someone who knows how to fix a sewing machine! My machine is oooooold, and was very loud, just thought it was something I had to deal with until I took it in to Shingleton's for a different repair, when I got it home and started to run it I was shocked at how whisper quiet it was. Quieter than my daughter's newer machine! They did an amazing job, and it was extremely reasonable. They have my business for life and I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family. THANK YOU!!! My machine has never run so well!

I am pretty sure the old man is the owner and I am pretty sure he is trying to go out of business with his attitude towards people. I went in looking for some presser feet for my machine. I called the foot by the name given on the singer website. He said he had been in business for 50+ years and he has NEVER heard it called that. I also needed one other part. He would not help until I stood 6 feet away from him. We both had masks on, I have even been vaccinated. I mentioned to my husband I will order the other feet I need online. The old man said “that would be smart”. What the freaking heck?? I only have one star because he had the item I needed. I will NOT be going back!
