I am MORE than satisfied with the products and service at the Davis Office Max. Recently, I needed an emergency computer replacement while I was in the middle of an important project. Cole, the Operations Manager, was incredibly helpful and guided me through the entire process. He helped me get the right products at a price I could afford, and he was able to retrieve the data I thought I had lost and install it on my new computer. Michael is a very knowledgeable and helpful sales associate that got me started in the right direction. Vu, the Store Manager, allowed me to sit at one of the desks on the floor so I could use my new computer (and the store internet) to meet my deadline. You can buy a computer at any electronics store, but excellent customer service is very hard to find. This Office Max won't steer you wrong.

The cashiers Ali and Sarah were so helpful and friendly yesterday. They got me through quickly. Overall great service. Only downside is that sometimes the printers aren't working right. When this happens a human steps in to print for you.

With Covid-19 still in the air I was pleased to get in and out of OfficeMax quickly. Staff quickly directed me to the items I needed and check out was fast and friendly. Always nice to be treated well.
