I’m disturbed by their terms and conditions around consigning and would rather go anywhere else. It basically states if I bring my $4,000 suit to them in its garment bag, instead of a KITCHEN TRASHBAG, they will KEEP IT rather than return it. Sheesh that’s a rough gamble to do with high-end items I own. Their site states don’t you dare try bringing an item on the hanger as it will absolutely not be returned to you. Imagine bringing a $4,000 item here with the intent of consigning and it essentially being stolen by the owners without the opportunity of receiving your item back. Don’t get me started on the shocking response to other patron who’ve left reviews that could potentially be productive in improving ones shop. By me bringing this up, it’s fair to assume they will literally tell me “go shop somewhere else then. we don’t care. why would we want a costumer who isn’t a hard worker.” (as this is literally what they told another visitor.) Why would you randomly assume someone isn’t a hard worker solely because they left you a poor review- do you respond that way to all of your negative reviews- or just those left by persons of color? Disgraceful to make the assumption that a costumer must not be a hardworking person because they visited your shop and experienced poor costumer service..? ..that is the single most disturbing response i’ve ever seen from an owner. the statement “i don’t want you as a costumer then” even though they obviously wanted to be your costumer..screams being under-appreciative of patrons who visit your establishment. this exact thing is directly associated with poor customer service in general. so, that is a problem. not to mention how there are micro aggressions in statements like that, and i guess they will tell you to never come back if you don’t like the micro aggressions and attitude they admit to keep in their environment. (that’s literally what they told someone else.) knowing how they approach their potential costumers, i would never consider giving them my time, and i encourage you to consider their view and their approach to speaking to previous and potential visitors of their store before you support an establishment such as this one. to my fellow hard workers and/or mothers alike, don’t waste your precious time visiting an establishment that has made it clear they have zero interest in respecting or appreciating certain “types” of costumers.... oh, ya know, the “types” of customers who american society happens to carry stereotypes of them being “lazy” or “not hardworkers.” i’m absolutely turned off and will tell anyone in the area not to visit.

This place is only good for the clothes. The customer service is terrible. The past three times I been here they will not rush to you to help or make your presence known. I actually hate the attitudes and micro aggression.

Wide selection of nicer colorful different unique items. A bit upscale and more pricey than some other similar stores. A fun find was several bins in which everything was $2 and I got some really good things there! #GOODDEAL Staff was a bit aloof near end of day.

This place is under new management so the previous reviews about having rude staff may no longer do this place justice! I really enjoy the staff and I love going here to find a good deal. The inventory is really nice and so is the staff. Worth giving a try!

Everyone wears masks, no dressing rooms. Six feet apart, there's also plexiglass in front of cashier. They are very safe.
