I don't leave reviews, ever. It's usually unjustified whiners... but BUYER BEWARE of this place. Lovely customer service, terrible product service though. Brought 15 shirts and 8 pairs of pants. All clothes came back dirty with wrinkles. I suppose I paid for plastic and hangers. They tag your pants by putting a clothing tag through it (puncture plastic through the pants). This damages the material. When I asked them about this they said, "if you don't want us to put a hole in your pants you have to make that a special request." All other dry cleaners staple a tag onto itself so it doesn't damage the clothes. Asked for starch in shirts, didn't get it. Save your hard earned money and go to the small family owned place around the corner. I'm writing this after I just got done washing and pressing my slacks on my own. I'd love a manager to reach out to me or let me know how to speak to them.
