I’ve had a doctors appointment rescheduled five times because of some transportation approval needed from their office the customer service is helpful when you are able to get ahold of them which takes about an hour or so but there transportation is trash and needs an upgrade

I came in today to get seen at urgent care turns out their hours are completely wrong. They are only open M-F 7-4.

Dr. Jani and her staff at the eye clinic is amazing!! I have been going there for almost 2 years and they are so friendly, professional and make you feel warm and safe. I will definitely recommend this clinic to everyone. They make sure you are well taken care of.

I was really impressed with the services and the people that work there, they all was very professional and courtesy. It was very clean and the wait time was reasonable. During this time of COVID 19, they were very protected of their staff and others, practice good safety procedures and very organized in the process. I've been a patient at Kaiser for years and I would have never thought I would say: I preferred to attend MLK instead because of the services and care for patients. I would like to continued coming to MLK, let see what happen.

Yes ma'am they do. Call the Hospital Main line and they can direct you to the extension for Mental Health.
No, the Dentistry services are only available for patients with 2 or more complicated diseases such as Cancer, any transplant organs or a cardiac problems. It's not open to the general public

They normally send you a reminder about a week before you get your appointment don't know the direct line but call the clinic line they should have it for you.
It's not closed but i would go back to the clerk maybe they didn't check you in correctly
