Why do I get an appointment at 3:20 pm and now it's 5:05 pm and they haven't even call me in. Hospital is close now, im still in the waiting room.

It's not closed but i would go back to the clerk maybe they didn't check you in correctly

You need to specify in which area are you. The Community hospital and the outpatients center are 2 different buildings. The outpatient center usually close at 430 and the waiting sometimes even exceed the closing hours. The outpatient center is a high demand clinic, so most of the time you will be expected to be seen further than your original appointment time.

It takes awhile. If you in Ortho or Urgent Care. They really busy
