Just a suggestion that the management here teach its employees about customer service. Not that anyone was rude, but they should know that they would be able to make a person, who had to wait 15 minutes for his or her food, a new ice cream treat because it melted. It should not have been a conversation. The employee should have said that he/she would be happy to do it.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I'm giving Culver's an extra five stars. My burger was made to order,the fries were too. And it was DELICIOUS 😋. I'm going back! It's been a long time since I got a burger and fries that were made right and hot. Perfect! Way to go Culver's you rock.

I have never seen a Culver's before so decided to try it for the first time several weeks ago. I was very impressed and loved it. Burgers were great, I loved the cheese curds and the alternative to the typical fries. The staff has also been very nice and helpful for new guests and recommendations on things to try. I plan on going again in the future, but the last two attempts I've had have failed because they have been closed due to staffing issues based on signs placed on their windows both times. For this reason I give it a 4 stars instead of 5 because now I'm hesitant to go out of my way to drive the distance and be disappointed, or feel the need to call every time in the future. Overall, I'd highly recommend.

Stopped by this place for National cheese curds day, to try their one day only "curderburger!". Standard burger with a fried cheese curd on the meat. There was not too much special about it. I think the cheese curd should have been thicker. I think it needed ketchup and mustard as well. Did not think to ask for it. I have to remember that next time. I give them four stars because of the concept. The burger was a three. Didn't have time to go back and get the ketchup and mustard because I had to get to work, and I had already begun eating a burger. Until the next new item on the menu.
