We love this hotel! Everyone is professional and friendly. Each suite booking comes with free breakfast. They have a nice selection of snacks, wine, frozen foods, and detergents to purchase. It’s within walking distance to Galleria Mall, and other restaurants. Very, very quiet! We also like that we can cook our own meals while we are there. We have several favorites that works the front desk, but I don’t know their names, but I know Ms. Lisa name, and she’s the best. ❤️

Room was excellent. Personnel nice but not too helpful. Booked one room weeks in advance, showed one room on the 10th floor the morning of the arrival. When checking in remotely 2 rooms were on the account. They wanted to charge a late cancellation, which is still pending. The Digital Key never worked the entire stay and the two rooms stayed on the Hilton app the entire time there.

This place was immaculate. The hotel was clean, room was so spacious/very clean. Bed was soft and comfy. Location is ideal. Great service. Nice breakfast, everything was seriously great. The best part was the front desk assistant, April. She was AMAZING. Literally anything we needed, she was our girl. She was so kind, helpful, and friendly. We talked for a good bit and I loved her personality. She made check in SO easy. She literally made this trip. I highly recommend.

Me and my family stayed at Homewood Suites on February 26- February 28, 2022. Our stay was wonderful. The lady & gentleman at the front desk when I checked in was very nice and explained parking and WIFi. And the beautiful lady when I checked out was very nice as well . The room was clean and very spacious. I will be staying here again . Also parking is $19.00 dollars a day which really isn’t bad . The hotel is close to the Galleria & safe area ! I highly recommend!

Very nice hotel! The staff is always willing to help you on your daily tasks. Specially Karen Joseph one of the staff supervisor; she excellent! The location is centered and you have the Mall at The Galleria nearby.
No. I took an Uber to/from Houston Hobby airport and Homewood Suites and it was about $22 each way.

Nope, and what appears to be parking in the area will get you towed. They may as well add it to the room rates.
There is a METRO stop very close to the hotel, but ot will take several connections to get to the ball park.
There are no smoking rooms, but there is a nice lounge area outside the dining room that one can smoke.
No, unfortunately, this part of Houston is paid patking only lime most downtown cities
