If I could give this place a 0 stars I would. We are harassed. They have selective enforcement, the pool is always luke warm and cloudy.

The townhouses are individually owned. The owners each set their own prices. The HOA fees are set by the HOA of the section - or phase - of the development in which you live. My monthly HOA fee is $360.00. BTW, all the townhouses are two bedrooms.
Our development is called a PUD. PUD is an acronym for Planned Unit Development. It includes ownership of a home and lot and partial ownership of common areas managed by a homeowners association (HOA) or invested parties. The terms PUD and townhome are often used interchangeably.
The rentals are mostly owned by different individuals. It would be up to each owner to say.
