I brought in my vehicle for new tires and oil change. Matthew was incredibly patient and took his time explaining the pros and cons of the different tire selections. He was also very transparent on the prices so the price total did not surprise me at the end. He really did everything he could to make it as pleasurable experience as possible, which I greatly appreciated. I will be back again.

I went to Pep Boys today and I waited 4 hours and I finally got tried waiting and I told them ,to give my keys and I would go somewhere else, and they put a person on fixing my tire, and I lived about 3 miles from there store ,I got about a mile away and low pressure light come on the tires light, well I made it home but the tire is flat and I wasted 4 hours of my time and I still have a flat tire !!! Very long day at Pep Boys , with bad results !!!
