An absolutely lovely place to live or visit. The only downside are the absolutely ridiculous rules the board puts in place. 1) No jeans and collared shirts for men are required during shows in the clubhouse 2) A petition was recently circulating against since the board as they are looking to limit the amount of time you can use a particular chair in the pool area. Totally unnecessary since their are so many to begin with.

The master association fee for Baywinds is $355.00 and each of 11 coves has their own fee. Mine in sandpiper is $125.00. No master accessment right now. I don't know of the other coves. Monthly

The master association fees are $276. A month, every cove has a neighborhood association that has a separate fee. If you call the office we can help guide you to the correct management company for each cove. 561.791.3155
No they are not - they can stay with grandparents for a few weeks but can not live there. What do you mean by young? Little kids or young adults?
Fencing in the backyard depends on the board's approval and your particular Cove. White picket fence only. Up to two dogs are allowed. No maximum weight.
