I bought a place here in 2017 thinking it was the perfect place. HOA is already expensive and they started started hiring these security guys that gives you a $45 ticket without warning. So forget being able to have anyone come visit your place because you will get a ticket. Impossible to get a guest pass if they are only open from 9-5 so imagine having last minute visitors!? TICKET! So if your looking to buy or rent look else where because the parking is ALWAYS going to be a problem!!!!

Hit or miss. They are hot and cold. It’s hard to find them at times. I wish they put someone at the gate at night when we are so tired from work who is capable of handling the flow.. instead the slowest person is there. He is kind and sweet, but so slowwww and we get back up to jog road!
