1: They took my deposit, and didn’t bring my can until almost a month after my service was supposed to start. 2: Over the past 2 years there has been a decent amount of missed garbage pick ups that I let go, trying to be understanding of the staffing crisis. 3: My garbage has not been picked up in 2 weeks, no balance on my account, no communication. I try to call, they are only available until 5pm. I send an email, I get and answer on the 18th that service was discontinued in my area effective the 1st. That is TERRIBLE communication and TERRIBLE customer service. 10/10 do not recommend using this service.

I just wanted to think my drivers did pick up my trash for years here in the Newport neighborhood of Clearwater. On Bedford Circle W.. They have always been consistent kind thoughtful on time and never missed a pick up

We had an overflowing dumpster. I called and Terry who scheduled a pick up that day. An hour or so later, the driver that came out was extremely courteous, conscientious and professional. Some garbage fell on the ground and he got out of the truck to pick it up. Driver of truck #200798 on 4/14/22. Thanks so much!

I called this morning regarding my trash service and why the bag of leaves that I have sitting in the front of my house are not being picked up. Jennifer the customer service representative was very professional and consistent when getting information. She understood my frustrations and concerns and went into action right away. As I’m sitting here writing this great review about Jennifer and her worth ethics I am sitting here looking at the trash company now picking up my bags of leaves! Way to go Jennifer great execution on Customer Service and making things happen. We need more of you Jennifer as you were a pleasure working with and you surely deserve a raise waste management is lucky to have you as an employee again thank you for your efforts
