Since when did the police start assisting the towing company in civil matters. Thought they had no jurisdiction over civil disputes.. But I guess there is a clause in their laws that state when you are black they write in their protocol as they go and tell you anything they feel being that they the self proclaimed but never demonstrated so called good guys" are always right.. And its very profitable for the white man to always deem the black man the bad guy.. Nothing personal.. Just business in my nino brown voice.. Ps.. I've never met a finer bully than the ones with badges and uniforms.. And you wonder where kids gets this idea from.. America's so called finest in uniform are their number one roll models.
