Worst company ever bought our recliner about 2 weeks ago over 1100 dollars been trying for over a week to contact them because it doesn't recliner right never again if I soon don't hear anything filing with the better business bureau

We purchased a new living room suit in May 2021 which was delivered December 4, 2021. By 12/8/21 the recliner power feature stopped working. It was warrantied but until the part was ordered and the tech was scheduled 2/2/22 our chair that we were able to use for 4 days was out of commission for 4 months, when the tech returned on 4/9/22 to install the part. Fast forward to May 2022 when the fabric that we paid to upgrade is tearing and piling. After speaking to customer service we were advised to run the vacuum on the furniture and use a sweater deshedder. We paid a high cost for this furniture and have low traffic. I expected it to last better than it has. The tech was out again and each time the customer has to call customer service to arrange to have the tech back out to install the ordered pieces. This time the chair is broken again and he has ordered the parts to basically replace our entire chair. The issue, the wait time for customer service. I have now been waiting over 3.5 hours and there is very limited tech availability. Both customer service and tech have been nice but this furniture is terrible quality and I would not recommend buying it. I regret making this purchase.
