Nice lady at the counter greeted me with a smile. I inquired about renting an ebike and was told that they don't do that. I remarked that there was a lot of money in ebikes and turned to leave, when a gentleman in the back remarked, "go open your own shop then". Not the kind of attitude I will be returning for. Follow-up: All Keys Cycle is a Specialized dealer. I own 2 Specialized e-bikes now. My neighbor (I'm at mm 104, Largo Sound Village) also owns 2 Specialized e-bike and said that when he inquired about having them serviced here, he was rudely turned away. If All Keys doesn't want to deal with ebikes that's entirely their business, but no reason to be disrespectful to potential customers that make inquiries. Response to owner's response: We both know your comment, while I was in your store, was not in jest. Your comments below indicate that you have trouble accepting responsibility. I only reduced your rating to one star because my neighbor echoed my experience. He said that he'll drive to Miami rather than to your store. Perhaps leave the humor to the nice lady at the front.
