We have had the worst experience here. We will not be shopping here again. We ordered our crib and dresser set here in April of 2021 when I was 4 months pregnant. We were told it would take 10-12 weeks to come in which would put it into the end of June. I called to check the status the end of June and was told it would be in in July. Called again in July it would be the beginning of August. I was due August 24th so for a new mom this was very stressful as I couldn’t get anything organized in her room. Well August rolls around and I am now told it won’t be until October. They then offered me a loaner crib and dresser as frantic as I was but it didn’t match anything I had but it was at least something. Her set didn’t actually come in until February and they had it for 2 weeks and didn’t notify me. It took me calling again to see it it was in. Unfortunately, after all this time the dresser came in damaged. So here we go again trying to reorder the new dresser. I was told it would be coming in in May well here it finally arrived August 2022 for my daughters first birthday and 16 months later after ordering we finally have it right. But let me tell you it was a nightmare dealing with the delivery people and the customer service could careless.

First time I shopped in store, I normally shop online. Today, I went up to the cash register to ask for some help in locating something. 2 associates up front did not even look up - not even a smile or “be right with you”. Finally got noticed and the associate was not friendly at all. I went to grab my items and came back to the till. The same associate and a different associate was there. They were just talking amongst themselves. Again, did not look up, did not finish their conversation, did not even acknowledge us. Finally (after the two finished their conversation), the associate that was serving us, Brishna, just started scanning our items - again, did not bother to greet us or smile. Scanned our items and we paid - Brishna did not say thank you or replied to my mom saying “thank you”. HORRIBLE customer service. If you can’t bother to smile, go work somewhere else. The manager should be ashamed of their associates. I will not be back and will tell others to shop elsewhere.
