Breakfast was alright. Our room had terrible shower, water pressure was terrible due to the bathtub faucet continuing to let water out instead of all of it going to the shower head. The bathtub was filling up as you took a shower which wasn’t very safe either. Our bed was SO UNCOMFORTABLE. I suggest not forgetting your own pillow as they only had 3 super soft pillows on the bed. Our room was cleanish, some small spots I noticed got quickly done such as the bathroom and it needed to dusted. But the location was great.

My husband, daughter and I stayed here this weekend with my daughters softball team. I felt like the hotel is definitely due for some updating and the breakfast options weren't great but there was a big positive about the hotel and made the stay worth the while. Her name is Alysa. She was AMAZING!!!!!! She was running the front desk, housekeeping and any other thing that needed to be done. Since Covid I realize it's hard to get staff so she was the only one there. She was running her butt off, working so hard and she did it all with a smile on her face. She was so friendly and helpful. I hope this hotel realizes what a great employee they have in her.

We stayed over Easter weekend. The room had no smoke detector. We had two kids 3 years and 6 months old. A working one is a safety precaution. They wouldn’t move us to a room with one. The first night the front desk lady was very sweet. They advertise a pool and was told it’s closed due to maintenance. Only reason we booked there. The hallways were dark and freezing. There was trash on the stairs and hallways. Housekeepers making fun at guests. Very unprofessional. They won’t answer email or phone calls to handle this situation. We called the 800 number. They got the front desk to answer and it was finally the manager. She was very unprofessional and asked why we didn’t tell her anything upon check out on Sunday. How were we suppose to know she was the manager when nothing distinguished this. She just looked like any other front desk person. She then proceeded to hang up. Was not very impressed and won’t ever come back. If I could I’d rate it a 0.

Our school was on a choir tour and stayed here one night. I never write reviews but I just have to mention how wonderful the front desk staff were! They went above and beyond for us! Both the night and day shifts! I want to especially thank Carrie for all her help! We left something very important behind and she helped take care of it right away and we received it 3 days later!!! You were so kind, friendly, and patient! You are awesome! Really appreciated you! Thank you so much!
