great location! near plenty of dining options , grocery and shopping Hotel was clean and well kept. lobby was always pleasant....even with an entire baseball team being noisy . management did a remarkable job at allowing us to move freely and our boys to have a little fun on property. room was a bit small. tough to maneuver through our stay but overall was satisfactory. would def recommend this location for anyone needing to stay in Battle Creek

when checking in at 11pm, the staff was very friendly and welcoming! The coffee in the foyer was hot and delicious! Pool was fun for kiddos! Only wish they had a hot tub! But def not a make or break it! ;-)

Positive: The beds were clean and comfortable as I¿ve come to expect with Holiday Inns. The location was great. Close to food and shopping. Negative: This location did not meet the expectations set by previous Holiday Inn stays. No continental breakfast, no information in our room about the in-house restaurant. Small pool, no hot tub. Out dated room decor, our tissue was empty, lack of outlets.

Was staying in room 523 and woke up in the middle of the night to bed bugs on my bed and bites all over my shoulder. Only reason I’m giving it a one star was because we got upgraded to a way nicer suite and because they are paying for our laundry. Checked the new room for bugs and didn’t find anything….hoping this room is safe. Employee was super cool and understanding so I couldn’t be as mad as I wanted to be. Told him everything I wanted and got it all done quickly and accordingly.
