Sadly this place is a sinking ship that's merely in the process of sinking. That's seriously the single biggest reason for the rating. Please note, in saying their a sinking ship that's merely in the process of sinking I'm not talking about Best Buy as a whole, just the Battle Creek location. All the signs are there if you just pay attention. A few of the biggest one's are reduced stone hours. They open a hour later and close a hour earlier than most of their other locations. The place also has limited selection in store and on hand of anything not flying off their shelves at blazing speeds, even a lot of stuff that would sell ridiculously fast is out of stock and is for several months at a time. Default to the old COVID excuse if you dare ask anyone there why their short supplied and often even back ordered to the point of them not knowing when inventory will be available again. Huh, funny, it's not that way at Walmart, Target or any of the other places nearby that are essentially their competitors. Go there, they'll quickly tell you. Another sign, they genuinely don't care, at all, they don't even feign caring. So by now someone reading this will wonder how it even gets 3 stars. Well setting aside their obvious lack of caring if you ignore how they are towards customers you can at least get a neutral side from them by being neutral yourself. So getting along with them is possible. Another thing is while out of stock routinely on many things their at least generally well stocked on most of their exclusive lineup Insignia. Want anything from Insignia? Obviously you have to go to Best Buy to get it and generally they'll most likely have it in stock. Also a fairly ok (to a limited extent) place to get games and physical media like vinyl records and movies at. They are pretty decent about price matching too. Definitely a plus for them. If they could just accept that from an outsiders perspective that this locations future looks dim and that it's all because of so many signs pointing that way then this place would be okay, until they inevitably fold this location. Think I'm wrong about this? My prediction is this location has until 2025 at the latest.

We had been struggling with setting up a presentation sound system - came to Best Buy, Battle Creek - Joe had great expertise and had us out the door with everything we needed in minutes!!

Retailers are becoming very fishy this day in age... BEST BUY included.. A complete lack of supply... For some reason half the store looks like it just merged with Menards or ABC warehouse to help keep the store filled... whole half of the store now is Just household appliances. Refrigerators, Washers, Dryers, etc. LAME... COME ON BEST BUY... NO ONE THINKS.. 🤔Like "OK I need a new dishwasher right now. 🧐I got it. I'm gonna go where they have NOTHING BUT EXPENSIVE quality equipment with high rates on everything" "Yes🤗 let's spend as much as possible to get the BEST BUY today🤤ehhh" Forget bills, Rent, Gas, Food, etc. Let's buy a big fancy dishwasher today🤓 I'm gonna hook it all up and have it ready to go for next month🤓 ... "😟wait why next month honey😟" "🥴Because I just emptied the rest of our savings, AND everything that was in our checking for the new dishwasher babe🥴" "🥴At least I didn't just waste our money on something pointless honey. I still got the BEST BUY for us there🤤uhh, huh. 😒

Not really any bad experiences here. Service is nice. Employees are usually helpful and if not will find someone better equipped to help you. Checkout can be slow - especially when doing a pick up order. Which is why I do not give 5 stars. If the checkout were faster, this would be an easy 5 stars.

Call or email corporate headquarters and complain. I would have returned it and purchased elsewhere.
Same here. I tried calling to get tech support, but couldn't get anyone. I called around 6:45 pm, which they close at 7pm. They were under staffed today, I saw no one at the geek squad counter, when I bought my tv earlier today.
It is always gonna depend on what you are trying to do...a small smart tv is gonna be really versatile for sitting in an office, and would have multiple inputs...if you need a higher resolution and or refresh rate, check out computer monitors specifically ... don't overspend if you dont want specifics, BestBuy has some great deals on small tvs, and open box deals in store are typically good as new.
Not that I'm aware of
I don't know i would call and ask
You only have to wear a mask
I believe so; pretty sure the last I knew. I'd call ahead to double check tho.
I don't believe they do have VHS. Check disc traders or pawn stores
No but game stop in the same shopping center does. I believe.
I don't know the answer to that one.............. L.A.
If you're talking about the geek squad home service i would suggest calling them directly.
