Everytime I come here my order is either missing something, cold when I order cook to order or the food is made wrong! I love the General Manager but she can’t do it all. Regardless if I pay $1 or $30 I want everything the right way.

As usual this McDonald’s always under fills fry containers. $25.00 for three Big Macs and three large fry and I didn’t get what I paid for cold burger’s and warm fries.

I absolutely love this mcdonalds, i come here almost every morning for my coffee. the only problem i have is that every time i doordash from mcdonalds i NEVER get straws i understand its not a big deal but i bet it’s happening to other people as well. all i ask is please give straws.

I stopped here on my way home and picked up some food for dinner. They were really busy so it took a few minutes to get my order. Partly my fault, but I didn't check my order before I left because I was in a hurry. When I got home I realized I was shorted a sandwich, so I called back to let them know and talked to a manager named Rodney and let him know I was missing a sandwich, he was very apologetic, and told me at my convenience to stop in and let them know I had been shorted and if he wasn't working to let them know he said to make it right. Next time I was in the area I stopped in and let them know what he had said, and actually I wasn't sure what to expect. To my surprise as soon as I told them what he said, the were as apologetic as Rodney was and promptly made it right. Even though a mistake was made on their part and mine, ( check your order before you leave. ) I was very pleased with how it was taken care of. Everyone makes mistakes sometimes. Thanks Rodney for the way you handled my situation.
