I took my vehicle in for an oil change today. I was able to get right in and they were pretty quick. HOWEVER, I saw the technician struggling to get my skid plate back on. I saw him drop it multiple times and slide it across the ground. When I got home I looked at my skid plate and it is missing 2 of the 4 bolts that hold it in place and it was scratched up pretty bad!!!! So mad!!! I called right away and asked the technician “Joe” about it and he said that one screw broke and the other ended up getting stripped out. They didn’t mention any of this to me!!! I would’ve never known if I didn’t look myself!!! I wonder what else is not done correctly or damaged that I cannot see. I will be taking it to the dealership to get checked out and the screws replaced. I will not be back and I recommend everyone think twice before trusting them with your vehicle. Very careless work :(

The service tech had us in and out in about 15 mins...maybe less. Super professional, checked all my stuff, didnt try to push me to buy all kinds of nonsense, ty for that! I have a cadillac escalade and i paid for the better oil and it was still under $100, I think its worth it..I will definitely be back..👍
