The appointments department is the worst there is, I had my appointment at 9:20 am, they call me days before to confirm, they make me lose a day of work as well as the driver I had to bring since I couldn't drive, I'm 9 minutes after arriving and they call me to tell me that my treatment is suspended because they didn't wait enough days to see if what they had done to me before would take effect! To complete trip 1 hour and a half to be able to arrive on time! What a lack of professionalism! It seems to me a complete mockery for your patients.

Wait time was minimal only about 7 minutes staff was professional very courteous very friendly and the doctor was extremely professional and good with the explanation on the operation with the one-on-one basis.
