These guys have been destroying my packages for years now. The purposely delay them and make it dang near impossible to get them. I bought a PO box to avoid the whole thing and then they forced a permanent address change on me so they could take my packages out in the hot heat all day still and bring it right back and delay it another day. My packages are sensitive to the heat and our expensive. They destroyed this way. They have been incredibly rude and I have asked so many times to just be able to get help and they refuse. One lady who use to deliver our mail was so kind and punctual and did the BEST JOB OF ANY POSTAL WORKER I HAVE EVER HAD. I dont know what happened to her but ever since shes been gone my packages have been arriving damaged, over heated, and often not until 7pm at night. I dont get it and I dont understand what I ever did to them to have them destroy my packages and purposely try to cause problems in my life. If they knew what I have been dealing with I guarantee they would NOT do this to me.

However, you have to have a valid email account and a debit or credit card from an official bank institution assigned to you only. They run $1.05 on your card to validate your identity, so, a preload or pay cards don't work.

Murray Utah does not deliver package unless you call usps and file a complaint nor do they answer there phones. The last 2 month they have just sent the pack back without attempting to deliver our packages.
There is no passport services on this location.

Gary, typically, it does take some time for them to get the physical card entered in because there is so many requests to manually process. Your best bet for the future is to change your address online at www.usps.com/move.
