My mom has lived there for a year and a half. We have had nothing but problems. She was in independent living and now assisted living. There are constant issues with the TV and phones going out. When she needs technical assistance, no help. The bus and drivers are always overloaded. Last week, she got left behind at Publix, along with another couple. They put the wrong mail for 2 other people in her mailbox so she saw that they are paying $700 less than her a month. Now she’s up in arms. She hates the food. It has been one thing after another there. When I moved her from independent living to assisted living, she had to pay for a mover, $1000. If you want your loved one in a place without drama, go someplace else.
