After reading all the negative reviews about that location, I did NOT want to go there but it was almost 5pm (time to close) and they were the closest. So when I got there, I waited in line for a good minute and when I finally got to someone who can help, because I didn’t get a chance to tape the name and address on the box which was already written on a piece of paper, she (KAREN) asked me to go in the back of the line just to tape the piece of paper on box and she clearly helped this other Hispanic couple who were behind me with their packages. I refused to go back in line and wait ago so I asked for her supervisor, when her supervisor came, I was explaining her what happened, she was smiling like it was a joke. Never again I’m going back there, I would rather take a long drive to somewhere else. This post office needs to be closed or change its name since they only help their own kind!

The staff is very friendly, the manager was also very helpful.

I am just shocked by the obvious lies!! They claim they delivered a package at my door, they did not. I was home, I would have seen them approach my door. The surpervisor contacted the mail carrier by phone, got his location, and informed him that a customer was going to meet him to try to figure out where the package went. Well, the mailman is no where in site, I searched the development, he is gone. I was hoping that the package was just delivered to another address by mistake, but now I believe the carrier kept it for himself. The supervisor told me to file a claim for reimbursement and that was how he ended our conversation. My package was an urn for ashes, handmade, cannot be duplicated. I dont know what happened with the USPS, they used to be kind, friendly and helpful. Now, they are just annoyed and they clearly don't care about their customers. I feel that USPS should take pictures of delivery, like other companies. Then they can at least prove that the package was sitting at my door.

10 days waiting for a letter and no local number to speak to post office. Tolll free number gives no option to help

That means FedEx gave the package to usps so they can deliver it. So no you probably can't pick it up.
No
Probably Monday, because we do process them in our station.
I am not 100% sure but you might have to get a new lock with a new set of 3 keys at your Post Office or may be do it yourself from a lock at a hardware store good luck!!!
Go to the nearest Post Office according to the zip code you live in.Bring ID and lease, they will replace the lock and keys(3) for $25 and it will about 7 days.Make sure you HOLD your mail until you get the keys.
